Yin Through the Seasons: Fire

This Fire-focused installment of Yin Through the Seasons explores the meridians and the five elements of the Yin Yoga tradition, including Fire, Earth, Metal, Water, and Wood. Led by Maryalice Snider, RYT 200, the practice moves slowly with seated or reclined shapes held for longer periods, reaching deep connective tissue, joints, and ligaments to support flexibility and energetic flow. It is designed to be accessible, blending sustained stretching, mindful breathing, and unhurried stillness so the body can release physical and emotional tension while nurturing patience. Emphasis is placed on long holds that attend to the heart and small intestine meridians associated with the Fire element. Within the broader series, themes include the transition from Earth to Fire with attention to spleen and heart, followed by continued focus on the heart and small intestine. Pricing options include $68 for the full series or $28 for a single drop-in session.
