Spring Kendo for Youth & Adults Camas

Experience traditional Kendo, the coed Japanese fencing art, with instruction tailored for children, teens, and adults. Camas Kendo Dojo is a non-profit that emphasizes classic practice to develop mind, body, and spirit, guided by the values of dignity, honesty, and discipline. Training is organized by level, including a kids class, an intermediate option for youth and adults age 10 and up, and advanced sessions for practitioners in bogu. Volunteer sensei George, 5th degree black belt, and Ai Nakayama, 6th degree black belt, lead the instruction. Those who wish to observe a class can contact the dojo in advance, and inquiries about beginner opportunities are welcome.

Siri is the founder of sage + blush wellness, a Reiki Master of Masters with over 30 years in energy medicine, and a Transformational Breathwork teacher who blends breathwork, Reiki, and sound to foster nervous system safety, emotional release, and clear insight. Audiobook Walking Club

Audiobook fans can connect in motion with a monthly community stroll at a different outdoor location. This edition takes place on the Washougal River Greenway Trail. Expect about an hour of walking, followed by an optional half hour to chat with fellow book lovers and audio enthusiasts. All walking speeds and experience levels are encouraged, whether you prefer a brisk pace, are pushing a stroller, or like to take it easy.
