Created for young professionals in the Roanoke Region, this casual meetup builds on the strong energy from the last quarterly social and makes it easy to connect with new and familiar faces. Attendees are asked to RSVP and sign up for the Talent Network before arriving. Downtown parking may require extra time, so plan ahead.
Yoga at the Taubman
Settle into a calming yoga practice in the museum’s atrium, guided by local artist and instructor Bonny Branch. Please bring your own mat. Admission is $10 for the general public, $5 for museum members and youth, and free for museum volunteers. Sessions are scheduled outside normal museum hours. Enter through the security entrance at the back of the building, and plan to arrive a little early to check in and pay if you did not register online. Classes take place on a regular schedule, with possible cancellations on major holidays or during severe weather.

These weekly workouts are back, offering focused training to boost speed, refine running efficiency, and build overall fitness. Bring water and be ready to work hard. The program is free, and registration is required for both in-person and virtual participants. The Endless Summer 1-Mile Run & Relay is also planned.
