Kundalini Yoga
A Kundalini Yoga class at Free Will Transformation led by Nan or Erin. The practice focuses on awakening energy, clearing the mind, and restoring balance. Please bring a yoga mat and water. Walk-ins are welcome, and contributions are pay what you can.
Soundbath Wednesdays
Take an uninterrupted hour to slow down and rest while immersive, layered sound fills the space. This is not a performance and there are no expectations. Gentle guidance supports a move into quiet as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and gong create resonant textures that speak beyond words. Participants may drift, reflect, or sink into deep rest. There is no single right way to experience it, only an opportunity for the body to reset without competing demands. Bring a mat, pillow, blanket, or anything else that helps you stay comfortable. There is no fixed price, with a suggested contribution of $10 to $25 per person.
1 Million Cups Free Networking Event
1 Million Cups is a free networking event that takes place each week. In an on camera conversation, a busy business owner named Jonathan was asked whether attending is worth it, even though his Wednesdays are full. He continues to drive downtown for it every week. Those who are curious often decide for themselves after a single visit.
Summer Session of Redemption Rhythms Music & Movement Class
Caregivers and young children can explore music and movement together in this free class led by Ellen Raasch, a licensed educator, musician, and mother of four. Sessions blend playful activities with purposeful learning, nurturing a sense of rhythm and steady beat while supporting early singing, fine and gross motor development, early literacy, and healthy caregiver–child connection. The summer session features a brief class followed by time to chat and enjoy snacks. Designed for ages 0 to 5 with a caregiver, and siblings are welcome to participate. Registration is available to reserve a spot. There is no fee to attend, and an optional $5 contribution per class can help cover snacks, supplies, and use of the space.
