Bracket 2 Commander

Take part in a Commander tournament at The Pocket using the Bracket 2 EDH ruleset. Entry is $5, the event runs on custom software, and top finishers receive a 125% store credit payout. The banlist follows the official banned and restricted list. Bracket 2 restrictions apply, including no cards from the Game Changers list, no intentional two-card infinite combos, and no broad land-denial strategies. Extra-turn effects should appear only sparingly and are not intended to be chained or looped, and tutors are kept to a minimum. Standings use a points system that awards 4 points for first, 3 for second, 2 for third, and 1 for fourth. Ties split the remaining points for the tied places. If time is called, each player takes one final turn, and any players still in the game share a tie. Among players with the same point total, seating and final placement are influenced by how quickly a table finishes compared with others.

I want to BUY or SELL a house, land, or a 4-plex!

Team Kirby is hosting a casual family night for home buyers and sellers at Peter Piper Pizza. This is a relaxed meet and greet rather than a seminar or presentation, with time to ask real estate questions, network, and enjoy pizza. Topics often discussed include how to purchase a fourplex, how to estimate what a home might sell for, and what is needed to qualify to buy a home. Shared guidelines note that credit scores of 500 to 579 may require 10 percent down, 580 and above may allow 3.5 percent down, and 640 and above may allow no employment verification with 20 percent down. Some investment properties may require 20 percent down, and providing W-2s or tax returns can help with qualifying. The gathering is intended for anyone interested in buying, selling, investing, or building in residential or commercial real estate. There is no cost to attend, and friends are welcome. For questions, contact Robert Kirby at 956-279-8829 or Christina DeMara-Kirby at 956-802-0004. The Kirby Real Estate Team is available seven days a week and is powered by Keller Williams Realty RGV.
