GGX Edinburg Launch 🎸
Celebrate a week of rock-focused fitness with the launch of new LESMILLS classes alongside Zumba, Barre, and Yoga. These classes are open to the public, and friends are welcome.
Bracket 2 Commander
Take part in a Commander tournament at The Pocket using the Bracket 2 EDH ruleset. Entry is $5, the event runs on custom software, and top finishers receive a 125% store credit payout. The banlist follows the official banned and restricted list. Bracket 2 restrictions apply, including no cards from the Game Changers list, no intentional two-card infinite combos, and no broad land-denial strategies. Extra-turn effects should appear only sparingly and are not intended to be chained or looped, and tutors are kept to a minimum. Standings use a points system that awards 4 points for first, 3 for second, 2 for third, and 1 for fourth. Ties split the remaining points for the tied places. If time is called, each player takes one final turn, and any players still in the game share a tie. Among players with the same point total, seating and final placement are influenced by how quickly a table finishes compared with others.
The PocketOne Piece Tournament
Players can take part in a weekly One Piece tournament at Kaboom Games - McAllen Tx. Bring a deck and a $5 entry fee to compete. Matches are run using Swiss pairings. Entry includes promo items, and top performers receive store credit.
Kaboom Games - McAllen TxCalm in a Crisis: Family First Aid Academy
Hosted at Boys & Girls Club of McAllen, this family-focused first aid academy centers on staying calm when emergencies happen. Recognizing that rapid growth and natural curiosity can make children more susceptible to accidents and injuries, it offers a supportive setting to explore first aid responses that fit family needs.
