Crosstown Group Sound Bath
A calming group sound bath with Church Health in Crosstown invites participants to unwind through meditation-focused sound. The session does not include yoga, so comfortable attire is welcome, whether arriving in work clothes, cozy pajamas, or dressed up for a relaxing date night. Attendees are asked to reserve a spot using the ticket link and to bring a mat, a blanket, a pillow, water, and socks. The gathering takes place in the Church Health Center Community Room at Crosstown Concourse. Questions are welcome.

This is an upbeat Pilates session on the riverfront led by instructor Bridget, and it is free of charge. Classes take place beneath the Sunset Canopy at Tom Lee Park. Please bring a mat, towel, and water, and expect a friendly, feel-good atmosphere. During festival periods at Tom Lee Park, some sessions may be relocated to River Garden.
