The Tavern Grill - Bismarck, ND (Bismarck, ND)Supreme Release Yoga
Supreme Release Yoga is an accessible, inward-focused class that eases tension along the spine by positioning the body at specific, supported angles. If mornings bring a sore back or long computer sessions leave you stiff, this approach addresses deep muscular knots built up from sitting and stress, the kind that routine stretching often misses. The work spans from neck to lower back. With blankets, blocks, and bolsters for support, you are guided into purposeful positions that invite the deepest spinal muscles to let go while protecting your joints. Flexibility is not required because the props provide the structure. A teacher helps you find the angle that suits each section of your spine, and there is time to listen to your body’s cues. It is a practice of release, whether what shows up is physical tightness, mental resistance, habitual patterns, reactivity, or pain. Participants commonly report less chronic pain, a taller feeling through the day, improved sleep, more energy, and greater awareness for preventing future tension. If you hold a class pass or an unlimited membership, this class is included.
