Makers gather at Manteo Library for a relaxed fiber arts session focused on knitting, crochet, weaving, and stitching. The adult group, called Fiber Flock, is open to yarn crafters of all experience levels and meets on the second and fourth Mondays each month. Dare County LibraryPrenatal Yoga Class
This prenatal yoga class invites expectant mothers to connect with body, breath, and baby in a calm, supportive setting. Instruction is led by Anna Oprea, a certified prenatal and vinyasa yoga teacher. The session is free and open to all stages of pregnancy, and no prior yoga experience is required. Mats and props are available, or you may bring your own. If you have a high risk pregnancy, please seek approval from your prenatal care provider before participating. RSVP is requested for the sessions you plan to attend.
