Star Wars Retro Crafts
Explore a galaxy of creativity at Columbia Public Library with a retro craft session inspired by Star Wars. Make friendship bracelets, Shrinky Dinks, Perler bead pieces, and buttons, and enjoy nostalgic snacks while you create. Costumes are encouraged. This event is for teens and adults. Registration is not required, but space is limited.
Columbia Public LibraryGundam Weekly Play
A weekly Gundam open play session in the standard format is available, with a $5 entry fee. It offers time to enjoy the game you already love or to experiment with something new.
End of Year Ball
An End of Year Ball at Mizzou features dancing, food, and performances from the competitive team. Dressing up is encouraged but not required.
MizzouBig Body Yoga Class
An inclusive yoga class created for larger bodies, people managing injuries or limitations, and older individuals. The session centers on improving balance, flexibility, strength, and ease of movement in a supportive setting. Blocks and mats are available on site, and personal favorites can be brought if preferred. There is a suggested contribution of $15, offered on a pay what you can basis, and no one will be turned away for lack of funds. Held at the PEACE and HOPE Center for Youth.
