Grief rarely keeps a schedule, and this drop in support group is designed with that in mind. It offers a safe, welcoming space for anyone navigating the loss of a loved one. Participants may share their experiences, listen to others, or simply spend quiet time among people who understand. No registration is required. Attend as you are, when it feels most needed.
MAMWLC 1-Year Anniversary Celebration and Fundraiser
Blackrocks Brewery hosts a celebration of the first year of the Marquette Arts & Music Wellness Lions Club, featuring live music, art, and cold brews while raising funds for two causes. Performances include The Breakers, The E String Band, Graycen Shepherd, Canyon Medina, Tim Cleary, Katie Massoglia, and The Foolish One. Artwork by U.P. artists will be on view. Admission is free and open to everyone, and donations are welcome. Proceeds will be shared equally between MAMWLC, which uses music and the arts to support veterans, seniors, and neighbors in the community, and Northwoods Air Lifeline, which provides free medical flights for U.P. children with cancer and other residents who need to travel far for care. Celebrate creativity and community while helping these programs continue their work.
