Velo Kids Gearing Up FUNdraiser 2026
An adults-focused evening at Warehouse 6 Events raises support for Velo Kids and its mission to put every child on a bike, whether or not they have a bike or helmet or a way to reach the trails. Funds help expand programs to kids who might otherwise miss the chance to ride, including those in underserved communities with limited access to bicycles, outdoor activities, and opportunities to build skills. Tickets are available and attendance is limited to 150 people. Admission is $80 per person and includes food, salad, dessert and more. The night features raffles, a silent auction, and a cash bar.
Warehouse 6 EventsHCT Auditions: "Get Smart"
Holland Community Theatre is holding auditions for a teen stage production of Get Smart and is looking to cast 27 performers ages 13 to 19, including 17 roles for females and 10 for males. Performers of all experience levels, ethnicities, backgrounds, and identities are encouraged to try out. Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. An audition workshop is available, and there are several audition sessions planned. Participants are asked to register in advance and bring a completed audition form along with a conflict calendar. If those items are not prepared ahead of time, copies will be provided at the venue, and arriving early is recommended to complete paperwork before auditions begin. The play, written by Christopher Sergel, follows bumbling agent Maxwell Smart as he teams up with the sharp and capable Agent 99 to take on the villainous organization KAOS, recover a stolen device, and keep his shoe phone working. The story blends slapstick, pun-filled humor, and a playful send-up of classic spy adventures.
Holland Community TheatreDutch Life on Display presented by Tulip Time
Presented by Tulip Time, this new exhibit invites visitors to explore the beauty and meaning of traditional Dutch clothing with authentic pieces from a museum in the Netherlands. Inside the Van Raalte Farmhouse, home to the founder of Holland, Michigan, it looks at how fabric, fashion, and heritage come together, celebrating culture and craftsmanship. Regional styles and the stories behind them reveal connections between the community and its Dutch roots. Admission is $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 and under.
