Enjoy a free Pumped Up Strength class at Cherry Park that pairs energizing music with full-body strength training. Using moderate to heavy dumbbells, the workout combines upper and lower body moves that build into flowing strength sequences for a lively, challenging session with a party-like feel. No registration is required, walk-ins are welcome. Bring a mat, a towel, and water. Photos may be taken for promotional purposes. Presented as part of the Free Outdoor Summer Fitness Series in partnership with Downtown Grand Rapids, Inc. and Priority Health.
