Held on Wednesdays, this all-levels class is easygoing and supportive, with ample options so everyone can deepen the breath, move with intention, clear the mind, and practice together under the sky. Please bring a mat or blanket, a water bottle, and anything else that helps you stay comfortable outdoors. The practice concludes with a peaceful savasana on the grass.

Authors Matt Cost and Jule Selbo take part in an interactive conversation with each other and the audience about how they write, with a spotlight on their newest books, "EveryThing vs Max Creed" by Cost and "7 Days" by Selbo. The discussion explores where ideas come from, how research shapes a project, and what unfolds through writing, editing, marketing, and promotion. Audience questions are welcome throughout. Matt Cost is the author of the Mainely Mystery series, the Clay Wolfe Trap series, and the Brooklyn 8 Ballo series, along with several works of historical fiction. "EveryThing vs Max Creed" is his second book in the Modern-Day Chronicles of Max Creed. He lives in Brunswick, Maine. After twenty years in Hollywood as a produced screenwriter for major studios, Jule Selbo moved to Portland, Maine to focus on The Dee Rommel Mystery Series. She has also written historical fiction, short stories, and academic books on screenwriting, film genre, and film history. She likes to bake chocolate chip cookies.
