Colorful Pet Portraits

This hands-on art session focuses on turning a favorite pet photo into a lively portrait that combines paint, glass, and unconventional methods for a fresh take on a classic theme. Participants are asked to email a clear close-up headshot of their pet, ideally including the neck, to giverisestudio@gmail.com before attending. The experience starts with building a colorful background inspired by what best reflects the pet, then moves into layered work that shapes an abstract yet recognizable likeness, with a few creative surprises along the way. All materials and tools are provided, and everyone leaves with a complete framed piece. After registration, a request will be sent for the pet’s picture and name so a place can be prepared at the table.
