Walkersville Public LibraryMTG Standard Weekly Tournament
This tournament features Standard format play. The entry fee is 10 dollars, and the full amount from each participant goes directly into the prize pool. Prizes are awarded to the top four to eight finishers based on turnout.
Yu-Gi-Oh Genesys Tournament
Players can test their skills in a Yu-Gi-Oh Genesys Tournament with a $10 entry, which includes two OTS packs. The event follows the Genesys Format, and a 100 points maximum applies. Prizes are awarded to the top 4 to 8 players, depending on attendance.
Theater: 4a.m. Friends
4 a.m. Friends is a play by Charlene A. Donaghy, directed by Rikki Lacewell, presented in a six-night run at Sky Stage. Drawing on Marlene Dietrich’s idea about the friends you can count on in the middle of the night, the story follows Becca, Tammy, and Kim, lifelong companions whose bond is marked by humor and genuine care. Produced by Endangered Species Theatre Project-Frederick, admission is pay-what-you-can at the gate, with the option to reserve seats online. Beer and wine will be available with ID, along with light concessions, and proceeds support FAC and Sky Stage.
