This registration is intended for students who will be new to Calcasieu Parish, as well as those who attended a Calcasieu Parish school in the past but did not complete the 2025 to 2026 school year at Sulphur 9th Grade or Sulphur Main Campus. It does not apply to students who were already enrolled in SHS 9th grade for the 2025 to 2026 school year. To finalize the application, bring the student’s birth certificate, immunization records, the most recent report card, custody paperwork if it applies, the student’s Social Security card, and a photo ID for the parent or guardian. Proof of address is required, including an electric bill showing the parent or guardian’s name and service address, plus a second utility bill with the same name and service address. If any required items are missing, parents or guardians will need to visit the Central Office to obtain a permit to register, which will delay enrollment.
