Lori is a certified POP Pilates instructor and has taught this music-fueled, choreography-inspired format since June 2020. The class blends total-body Pilates movements with the upbeat feel of dance and the energy of music. Every exercise includes options so participants can adjust to their needs, whether new to Pilates or seasoned. Expect to finish feeling refreshed and energized.
