Earth Day Drum Meditation
This monthly meditation series spotlights a different technique to help participants discover a practice that resonates and supports consistency. This edition honors Earth Day with a nature-rooted session guided by Kelly. Gentle movement blends with optional seasonal aromatherapy while the earthy tones of drums, gongs, and rattles create a grounding soundscape. The focus is to center and rebalance, setting the stage for a deep, restorative meditation. The only requirement is the ability to listen and remain still, making it welcoming for both newcomers and seasoned practitioners. Cost is $12.

A pre-drawn sip and paint experience comes to Heroes West Sports Grill, presented by SIP Parties and led by professional artist Cliff Harman. Enjoy upbeat, step-by-step instruction that blends solid technique with humor and audience interaction. Choose from pre-outlined designs or personalize a pet portrait, which lets you focus on painting skills instead of sketching. Admission includes all necessary supplies, including your choice of an 11x17 wood pallet or a 16x20 canvas and a set of ten brushes to take home. As a traveling studio, lighting, noise and seating can vary by venue. Seating is first come, first served, so arriving promptly helps secure preferred spots. Food and beverages are available for purchase from the venue, and arriving early to order is welcome. Advance registration is required, with sales closing 24 hours beforehand to allow the artist and venue to prepare. Walk-ins and third-party ticket exchanges are not accepted. Bring a can-do attitude and look forward to a creative, fun night where the focus is on technique rather than perfection.
