Take a mindful pause with a group listen of Recharge with David Ko, a podcast hosted by David Ko, CEO of Calm. The gathering invites participants to consider the central question from his bestselling book, Recharge: Boosting Your Mental Battery, One Conversation at a Time, focusing on how to replenish mental energy when life feels draining. Episodes feature open conversations with celebrities, thought leaders, and mental health experts about personal recharge practices and managing mental wellness in a fast paced world. After listening, the group closes with a meditation and discussion. This program is offered in person in the Children's Department storytime meeting room or online via Zoom. Registration is required to receive the Zoom link, and one registration adds you to the Mindful Monday email contact list.
