Somatic Movement Flow
Guided by Malia, this somatic approach to movement and free-flowing dance invites you to express yourself, develop conditioning, play, and work with your energy in an encouraging community. Sessions draw on a wide range of music and inventive prompts, so every class feels fresh and personal. The emphasis is on inhabiting your genuine self rather than performing or striving for perfection, creating space to explore at your own pace. The practice nurtures clearer thinking, emotional steadiness, and a deeper connection to your body.
