Parking is $5 per car for visitors coming only for the craft vendor and food truck area. Wristbands for farm activities are sold at the entrance. The farm is open for activities and has lots of baby animals, and activity admission is $10 per child and $5 per adult, with children 2 and under free with a paying adult. Activity admission includes a wagon ride, access to the playground and the Nature Ninja obstacle course, time with farm animals, and parking. Animal feed is available for $2 per cup.

The Muckers return to the Georgia Renaissance Festival with fully acoustic performances. They will play multiple sets across both days, appearing throughout each day for an unplugged experience.

Tree Tour: Virginia Highland Neighborhood Arboretum

Start the day exploring the stories behind the trees, streets, and architecture in one of Atlanta’s oldest neighborhoods, long known for its popular watering holes. This neighborhood arboretum tour highlights notable trees and the urban forest that winds through local parks and along community streets, offering a welcoming way to learn more about the area’s landscape. It is part of a network of seven neighborhood arboreta established in the mid-2000s through a collaboration of neighbors, Trees Atlanta volunteers, and the city. Georgia Renaissance Festival

Southeastern Greyhound Adoption is working to collaborate with the Hounds of East Fairhaven, a historical reenactment troupe appearing at the Georgia Renaissance Festival. Focused on highlighting the Greyhound breed, the Hounds share education and awareness at events across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. For this appearance, the group is assembling volunteers to perform on select weekends. Participants wear period costumes and mingle with other performers as part of the royal court. An annual spring art show fills Pat and Rick’s garden in the heart of Grant Park, bringing together a mix of clothing, jewelry, painting, collage, and clay work. Pat Berryhill presents upcycled couture and playful vintage assemblies. Karas Cahill offers aprons with a fun, functional spirit. Kris Cahill showcases contemporary abstract paintings and mixed media on paper and panel. Gwen Newman Fryar features SassyMama Reimagined Jewelry along with handmade crossbody bags. Douglasville Juneteenth Celebration 2026!

A community festival in Douglasville celebrates Juneteenth at Boundary Waters Recreation Complex, honoring freedom, Black achievement, vibrant culture, and strong community spirit. The gathering offers a lively, family-friendly atmosphere with hundreds of enthusiastic attendees. Businesses and organizations can participate as vendors or sponsors, gaining prime visibility while helping create lasting memories. After registering interest, applicants receive the official vendor or sponsor application by email, and a Certificate of Insurance is required. There is time set aside for vendor setup before opening, followed by festival hours, and breakdown is to be completed promptly at closing. Vendors may use 10x10 tents and should bring their own tables, chairs, and other setup items. Dressing for the weather is encouraged. Zero Mile presents Pinback at Terminal West. The duo of Armistead Burwell Smith IV and Rob Crow began the project in 1998 as a side recording effort, bringing experience from Three Mile Pilot, Thingy, and Heavy Vegetable into intricate West Coast indie pop. Their work with Touch & Go includes Summer in Abaddon, the rarities set Nautical Antiques, Autumn of the Seraphs, and Information Retrieved, reflecting growth in complex songcraft while keeping a strong melodic focus. This is an all ages show.

Southern Fried Queer Pride 2026 Festival

Southern Fried Queer Pride brings its 12th annual festival to Little Five Points in Atlanta, celebrating the theme Seeds of Resistance. Centered on the South’s tradition of organizing and collective care, this gathering highlights how small beginnings can grow into movements that nourish resilience, joy, liberation, and community. The festival returns with signature programming, including an artist market that takes over the street, high-energy dance parties, a wide-ranging slate of performances, and carefully curated workshops and educational experiences, with more to come. Proceeds directly support the participating artists and organizers and help sustain ongoing community work. Festival flyers are created by Sarah Al-Khayyal. Southern Fried Queer Pride is an Atlanta-based organization that uplifts Black and QTPOC-centered communities in the South through the arts.

Mark the South Side Steppers 18th anniversary with a warm, high-energy weekend at the Atlanta Airport Marriott that spotlights love, peace, and line dance. An all access weekend pass covers every social, workshop, and special activity, starting with a glow themed kickoff in all white with light up accessories, moving into a throwback night in all black with sounds from the 70s through the 2000s, then a disco inspired evening that invites formal looks with psychedelic sparkle. The celebration wraps with the SSS closing cookout featuring ribs, chicken, fish, and more, along with plenty of music, dancing, and Grill Master Reggie Dean at the smoker. Instructional workshops are included, led by guest instructors such as Donald “Big Stuf” Jones of JesMove2 in Dallas, Kris White with STL Flava in St. Louis, Alicia Hernandez of Shades of Distinction in Tempe and Phoenix, Donell McFadden of Primetime in Baltimore, Pam Douglas with Glass City Hustlers in Toledo, Barbara King of the 5280 Line Dance Crew in Denver, and Answorth Robinson with M Town and Mid South Line Dancers in Memphis, with more instructors participating.
