Atlanta Humane SocietyYoga Flow
Enjoy an open air yoga flow at 10th Street Park, created in collaboration with Evolation Yoga Atlanta. This free community class welcomes all ages and experience levels. Please bring a yoga mat and water. The practice links breath with movement through sequences that build flexibility and strength, with playful transitions and opportunities to try new poses. Sessions may also weave in breathwork, meditation, relaxation, and mindfulness. It offers a welcoming way to connect with fellow Midtown neighbors. Because it is held outdoors, details may change in the event of inclement weather, and updates are shared on Midtown Alliance social media.
