Using real fruit and simple tools, participants will explore approachable techniques for creating bold, lower sugar jams, with practical tips and plenty of hands-on guidance to build confidence for preserving at home. Everyone leaves with the jam made in class, canning supplies, a box of pectin, and a recipe booklet. Flavor options include Blueberry, Peach, Strawberry, Organic Blueberry, Organic Peach, and Organic Strawberry. Attendees may bring their own food and beverages. The fee is $85 per person, and space is limited.
