We The People 4th of July Pyromusical

A hometown Independence Day fireworks celebration returns to Circle P Ranch, organized by a team that has spent years building a free community tradition. Plans for a larger-scale show at another venue could not move forward because permits were not secured, so the event is heading back to the ranch to keep the tradition alive. To cover growing production and safety costs, attendance will be limited to approximately 600 to 700 guests. Tickets are $40 per adult, and children 16 and under are free. The event depends on at least 375 tickets being sold in advance, and if that goal is not met, all ticket purchases will be fully refunded. Every dollar from ticket sales goes directly toward fireworks, production, safety crews, equipment, entertainment, and event operations. Expect a music-synchronized fireworks finale, live music and entertainment, food trucks and local vendors, beer and cocktails for adults, bounce houses, inflatables, and activities for kids, along with a costume contest, giveaways, and raffles. The experience is designed to be family friendly with a true hometown feel while honoring America’s 250th anniversary.

2026 Perezluha Coaching Time Trial Series

The Perezluha Coaching Time Trial Series returns as part of the USA Cycling Race Series Calendar, offering a solo race against the clock on a flat, low-traffic course with long straights and bike lanes. Riders can choose an 8 mile out-and-back with two turnarounds or a 15 kilometer option that adds an extra turnaround. A coach-led warm up precedes racing and includes a course preview, safety reminders for the u-turns, pacing strategy, and a wind overview to help fine-tune effort. The event welcomes participants ages 14 to 99 across all categories from Pro to Cat 5, with fields for handcycles, paracycles, juniors, women and men on road bikes in Merckx style, two-person team time trials, women and men on time trial bikes in aero style, recumbents, two-person team road bikes, tandems, and fixed gear. Riders start in order from oldest to youngest. To race Merckx style, do not use disc wheels, aero wheels deeper than 60 mm, aerobars, time trial frames, or aero helmets, and declare Aero or Merckx during registration or in staging. After the finish, results and podiums are presented by category when a field has at least three racers. An optional endurance to tempo group ride follows, typically covering 30 to 50 miles with options for an easier spin or a harder push. Registration is available in advance or on site. USA Cycling members pay $40 for the 8 mile time trial with a $45 late rate, and $45 for the 15 kilometer with a $50 late rate. Non members can race with a one day license, with single-day totals of $55 for either course and $70 if late or on site. A USA Cycling membership is required, and the insurance surcharge for 2026 is included in the listed entry fees. Series standings feature medals for the top three in each category and a champions jersey and trophy for overall winners. The best eight results count toward the overall, with points awarded to the top ten finishers, from 30 for first to 11 for tenth.
