Free Trial Session
Try a complimentary youth soccer session with a local academy in Winter Garden. The program welcomes players ages 3 to 14 and all skill levels. It meets once a week, with flexible enrollment that lets families start or pause anytime and keep weekends open. The trial takes place at Walker Field. Wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes or soccer cleats, bring a water bottle, and consider shin guards. On arrival, look for the white Striker tent to meet the league director, complete a brief waiver, and get started. Walker FieldBig Bucks Bingo
Barrels and Boards hosts a lively bingo night where anyone can take part. Play at no cost with the purchase of food or beverages, and feel free to jump in at any point. Each session awards a total of $100 in Florida Lottery scratch-off tickets, with the specific tickets changing from day to day. Games will not end in ties, and all rounds are conducted according to the host’s instructions. Wearing a Barrels and Boards T-shirt earns an extra card for the final round, and shirts are available for $20 in both older and newer styles. The venue has been recognized as the Best Bingo Venue in the Clermont Sun Reader’s Choice Awards.

A community run and walk group meets at Dash Sports in downtown Clermont for a 45 minute outing. Participants can choose to run or walk while logging their miles, with milestone prizes along the way. The gathering wraps up at Sud's Saloon for more time to connect and have fun. All are welcome, including families, individuals, and dogs.
Sunshine Readers Book Club-In Five Years
Participants will discuss a novel by Rebecca Serle, a love story that examines friendship, grief, and fate and has drawn comparisons to Me Before You and One Day. Two sessions are available on Tuesday or Wednesday, and this month the schedule is flipped so the Wednesday gathering takes place before the Tuesday one.
