Group Hypnotherapy For Weight Loss

This group hypnosis seminar focuses on weight loss by helping you reset your relationship with food and create lasting change from the inside out. Guided by Yelena Strokach, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Certified Life and Wellness Coach, and NLP Practitioner, and hosted by Peak Star Holdings LLC, the session supports reduced cravings, stronger self control around eating, and healthier daily habits without relying solely on willpower. Participants are guided into a calm, focused state where the mind is more open to positive suggestions. The experience aims to ease emotional eating and impulse snacking, increase satisfaction with smaller portions, boost motivation for healthier choices, strengthen consistency and follow through, and build a steadier sense of control around food. Although held in a group, the work remains personal because hypnosis engages your own inner patterns. Hypnosis is a natural state of concentrated attention and deep relaxation. You stay aware and in control the entire time and can stop whenever you choose. Most people can take part as long as they are willing to follow guidance. By addressing the subconscious habits behind automatic behaviors, hypnosis can reduce inner resistance and reinforce new patterns. Results vary from person to person. Many notice shifts quickly, and the most lasting outcomes come from reinforcing what you learn and applying it regularly. Ongoing support is available with complimentary attendance at future group weight loss hypnosis clinics for one year, space permitting, with registration required. A special ticket price of $79 is offered, which is more than 50 percent off the regular rate.
