Arrowhead Valley Retirement ResortPotluck & Hands-On Healing with Sandy Munster
Psychic Medium Sandy Munster leads a warm, community-focused evening at Your Cosmic Connection that blends shared food with practical intuitive exploration. The gathering opens with a potluck and easy conversation, creating space to connect with others who are interested in energy work and inner guidance. After the meal, participants pair up for a simple practice. One person gently places their hands on their partner’s shoulders and spends three minutes noticing any intuitive or energetic impressions, then they talk about what they perceived and switch roles. Partners rotate so each person has the chance to both offer and receive insights. The night wraps up with a circle centered on animal symbolism. While holding hands, each attendee shares the first animal that comes to mind for the person to their left, and the group reflects on the meaning of those messages using insights from Dr. Steven Farmer’s Animal Spirit Guides. The environment is friendly and nonjudgmental, welcoming anyone curious about intuition and spiritual exploration, and no prior experience is needed. Please bring a dish to share for the potluck.
Your Cosmic ConnectionSunrise Spokes & Smiles
Gather at Rio Vista Community Park for a group ride that is not a beginner ride. The pace aims for 11 to 13 miles per hour over roughly 30 miles. Helmets are required, and riders must have lights and the tools and gear needed to change a flat. Earbuds are not permitted while riding. Safety and weather come first. The ride will not proceed in extreme heat, dust storms, rain, high winds, or any chance of lightning. Please check the site about an hour before the start for possible weather cancellations, and bring enough hydration for the conditions. The primary starting point is Rio Vista Community Park, but this may change. Please confirm the start location when you RSVP. As a courtesy, if you have signed up and cannot attend, update your RSVP so a ride leader is not left waiting alone.
