Sacred Release Women's Circle

The Sacred Release Women’s Circle returns this month as a welcoming space to let go of what the mind alone cannot shift. Through voice, presence, and shared experience, participants are held in attentive listening. The focus is on being witnessed rather than fixed, softening and allowing what has been carried to move at its own pace. This ongoing gathering takes place on the last Saturday of each month, nurturing a sacred sense of community where every voice can be heard. The environment supports the nervous system in settling so personal truth can rise. Each session is gently guided and cared for, creating room for spiritual and emotional release within a safe and supportive space. It offers a month-by-month practice of tending to yourself. Pre-registration is required. Attendees must be women ages 18 and older.

Volunteers & Community Support Needed

Arizona Prison Stops Nothing is organizing its inaugural park gathering for families impacted by incarceration, with a focus on creating a meaningful and enjoyable day. Planned activities include making matching bracelets at a memory station to honor loved ones, face painting, a bounce house play area, and arts and crafts with coloring. Families can capture moments at a photo booth and share messages of support on a dedicated wall and ribbon tree. The day also features family games such as relay and sack races, a reading corner with storytime for kids, and a food and refreshment area. A 50/50 raffle along with a basket auction will help raise funds for families in need, and resource and information booths will connect attendees with support and advocacy services. The organizers are seeking volunteers, community members, and supporters to help with setting up activity tables, assisting children with crafts, running games, serving food and drinks, supporting the raffle and auction, and providing general event assistance. Donations of supplies, creation of auction baskets, and hosted booths are also welcome. The purpose of the event is to bring families together, support children, honor incarcerated loved ones, and strengthen community for those who have been affected.
