Arrowhead Valley Retirement ResortPotluck & Hands-On Healing with Sandy Munster
This welcoming gathering features a potluck and hands-on healing with Psychic Medium Sandy Munster at Your Cosmic Connection. Attendees share food and conversation, then take part in a guided partner exercise that builds intuitive awareness. One participant lightly rests their hands on a partner’s shoulders for a short interval to notice any energetic or intuitive impressions, then shares what came through. Partners switch, and the group rotates so everyone has the chance to both offer and receive insights. The gathering concludes with a Spirit Animal Circle, where participants hold hands and name the first animal that comes to mind for the person to their left, exploring the symbolism with guidance from Dr. Steven Farmer’s Animal Spirit Guides. The atmosphere is supportive and nonjudgmental, welcoming those who are curious about intuition, energy work, and spiritual exploration, and no prior experience is needed. Attendees bring a dish to share for the potluck, and can look forward to camaraderie, meaningful reflection, and some surprisingly spot-on intuitive moments.
Your Cosmic ConnectionSunrise Spokes & Smiles
This paced group ride keeps an average of about 11 to 13 miles per hour over roughly 30 miles and is geared toward riders with experience rather than beginners. The usual meeting spot is Rio Vista Community Park, though the start location may change, so please confirm it when you RSVP. Safety and preparation are important. Helmets and lights are required, and riders should bring the tools and gear needed to fix a flat. Earbuds are not permitted while riding. Bring enough water for the day’s conditions. Weather can affect plans. The ride will not proceed in dangerously hot weather, dust storms, rain, strong winds, or if lightning is in the forecast. Look for updates on the event page about an hour before the start in case of a cancellation. If you have RSVP’d but cannot attend, please update your response so a leader is not left waiting or riding alone.
