Soulful Slow Rise - Morning Yoga Class
Ease into the morning with a slow, nurturing yoga session that blends gentle Hatha movement with Raja Yoga meditation and breathwork. The practice moves at an unhurried pace with mindful stretches, grounding poses, and breath-led transitions that warm the joints and calm the nervous system. As the body opens, attention turns inward to cultivate stillness, concentration, and a clear, centered mind. This welcoming class supports all experience levels, especially anyone looking for a peaceful and intentional start to the day. Led by Krisztina Nagy, RYT-500, at Juneau Family Birth Center.
