A 90-minute, adult-centered partner acrobatics class welcomes both newcomers and experienced movers. Work in pairs and small groups to explore lifts, counterbalances, and smooth transitions, with an emphasis on safe technique and steady progress. Guided drills and short combinations build body awareness, alignment, and clear communication so teamwork becomes reliable and efficient. Instruction is adapted for mixed levels, offering progressions and modifications to match each participant’s abilities. Expect focused practice on core and upper-body strength, stability, and balance in a supportive setting that encourages creativity and trust. You can attend without a partner, and pairings will be arranged as needed. Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that will not snag on equipment, bring a water bottle labeled with your first and last name, and come ready to collaborate. This session suits anyone aiming to push their skills, strengthen partnership, and create expressive acro flows.
Belly Dance Classes Mondays 12-1pm
Experience how belly dance blends expression and exercise. It offers an enjoyable, full body workout that strengthens the core, hips, arms, and back, promotes upright posture, and develops deep abdominal and pelvic floor support. Fluid, deliberate movements improve hip and spinal flexibility while the steady musical flow eases stress. With isolations and layered combinations, coordination and mind body awareness grow. The practice builds community, welcomes all body types, and most of all leaves participants feeling uplifted.
