School Semester Fine Art Lessons for Children 5 - 95
Fine art instruction is available for participants ages 5 through 95, with separate sessions for children, tweens and teens, and adults. This guided yoga class with Tyson centers on connecting breath and movement through a mix of seated and standing postures, including stretches, lunges, and twists to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Options are offered to support every experience level. Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, a bolster, and any other props you like. Wear comfortable clothing and come well hydrated with a sealed water bottle.
