Rodeo Capital Barrel Series - Week 2
Week two of this series takes place in an arena with newly laid dirt, providing a well prepared surface for fast runs. Exhibitions are scheduled before the series begins, giving participants time to prepare. Food and beverages are available for purchase inside at Rodeo City Provisions throughout the evening. To respect the facility, outside alcoholic drinks and glass containers are not allowed on the property, and anyone who violates this policy will be asked to leave.
Mesquite ArenaSummer ART Werx
Summer Art Werx is a series of hands-on workshops from the Mesquite Arts Center, led by local artists and designed for individuals and families on summer break. Each session invites participants to explore new techniques, create imaginative projects, and connect with the local arts community, and all experience levels are welcome. Workshops take place on select dates throughout the summer, with a short break during the week of Independence Day. Activities in the lineup include a rainbow paper craft paired with a paddle ball game, shell painting alongside a Frog and Shark Attack game, and a patriotic craft with a soccer box game. Support is provided by America’s Credit Union and The Heal Group.
