A favorite weekly tradition at Tierra Santa returns with the Powerball Sundowner. Players head out in a shotgun start for a 3-person ABC scramble, with entry priced at $30 for members and $40 for non-members, and each entry includes one drink ticket. The Powerball skin is not part of the entry. Points accumulate over the season and the overall points winner receives a six-month membership. Prizes are presented at every Sundowner. Texas Tropical Trail Region presents a partner event in Weslaco centered at the Citrus Center. Attendees gather in the presentation room for coffee, juice, fruit, and pastries, then hear from Dr. Mamoudou Setamou, the center’s executive director, who shares insights into the history and current landscape of the South Texas citrus industry along with the technology behind citrus agriculture. The program continues with hosted visits to the greenhouses that feature a live demonstration of grafting techniques in the center’s grafting facility. A Texas barbecue lunch is served in the presentation room, followed by introductions so everyone can connect. The afternoon includes visits to laboratories and research spaces with talks by faculty and graduate students, leading into a scientific session focused on invasive species and other risks to citrus. Gundam : GD: G-GENERATION ST10&EB01 Battle Royale Release Event

Celebrate the launch of Starter Deck ST10 and Booster Pack EB01 from the G GENERATION series with a multiplayer Battle Royale designed to showcase the connection between G GENERATION and group play. The recommended structure is a single round with four players at each table, with three player tables used if needed. Players are assigned different team colors at each table before the battles begin. The top finisher at every table earns a winner prize. After each match, participants vote to recognize a Most Valuable Pilot for positive contributions such as helping newer players or fostering an engaging atmosphere, and each MVP receives a prize. Team results across all tables are then tallied to determine an overall winning team that receives a team prize, with ties settled by options like an extra game, rock paper scissors, a raffle, or a dice roll. Event entry can follow one of two formats, either one Starter Deck with four Booster Packs or one Starter Deck only. After the official matches, stores and players may continue playing if they wish.
