Teen Homework Cafe
Teen Homework Cafe provides a welcoming study spot in the Library's Teen Space where teens can focus on papers and projects alongside friends. Library staff are available to help ages 12 to 18 find research materials and other resources. Snacks are provided.

The new Junior Writers series begins with Create a Comic, a creative workshop focused on storytelling through comics. Kids will craft original characters, write dialogue, and shape a comic of their own as they explore the basics of narrative and voice. Recommended for ages 6 to 12.
Kingsport Public LibraryGraphic Novel Club: Novels in Verse
At the Jonesborough Library, children ages 8 to 12 are invited to a welcoming program centered on graphic novels. No advance reading is expected and no registration is needed. Participants will hear brief presentations about graphic novels, talk about their own favorites, join in creative activities, and connect with other kids who enjoy the same kinds of books.
