TOLEDO PINBALL LEAGUE - SEASON 9!

Season 9 of the Toledo Pinball League features six qualifying weeks followed by a finals playoff. The league meets every other Wednesday. Each night includes five games played in four player groups, and only four of the six qualifying sessions count toward the standings so the two lowest or missed weeks are dropped. The entry fee is $15 and is paid out during finals after covering the IFPA fee and trophies. Seeding for the first week is based on IFPA rank, then shifts to each player’s average points per attended week. In the finals, about half the field advances and is arranged into four player groups without exceeding 50 percent of entrants. Those players compete in group elimination with three games per round, and byes may occur depending on turnout, with details subject to change. Remaining players move to B finals, where qualifying points carry over into seven rounds of group match play, also subject to change.

At Odelot, David Picciuto presents UNSUBSCRIBE, his first solo exhibition. Known for the Make Something YouTube channel, he turns away from audience-driven content to share wall works and mixed media sculptures shaped by ideas he could not ignore, free from algorithms and trends. The exhibition is framed by an opening reception and later a closing reception at the gallery. In his statement, Picciuto looks back on a dozen years of crafting pieces meant to perform online, the sting of being told he made decor rather than art, and a long wait to see if he could chart a different path. The result is work created on his own terms.

Sound Healing Training

Immerse in a weekend of sound healing training that emphasizes personal connection and the restorative qualities of vibration. Designed for both newcomers and experienced practitioners, it explores how sound can support well-being, help release blocks, and encourage deep relaxation and renewal through instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. The first day focuses on foundational principles. Participants learn how sound interacts with the body and energy systems, examine the science of vibration and practical ways to apply it, take part in guided group sound baths as well as individual healing experiences, and practice methods for using sound in personal routines or when working with others. The second day centers on integration. The training consolidates the skills covered, provides step by step guidance for setting up sound healing sessions, and shares everyday techniques for emotional balance, stress relief, and spiritual alignment so the work can continue beyond the weekend. Throughout the course, instruments and topics include sound bowls and crystal singing bowls, gongs, drum and hang drum, tuning forks, chimes, and introductory Native American flute. Participants can expect to leave feeling more grounded and centered, with a stronger connection to their true self, and with tools to continue their sound healing journey. Tuition is listed at $997. An early bird rate of $797 is available. Payment plan options include two installments of about $500 or three installments of $330.
