It also fosters energetic harmony by bringing yang and yin qualities into balance, including active and passive, movement and stillness, sun and moon, and warmth and coolness. It is a completely passive practice, with participants reclining in a supported nest on their mats with bolsters and blankets while high-frequency frosted crystal bowls fill the room with layered tones that soothe the nervous system and encourage a deeply meditative state for clarity and restoration. For about 30 to 45 minutes, you are immersed in waves of sound that may feel like a subtle hum in the body or a dreamy drift, helping release tension and clear stagnant energy. The session aims to leave you feeling light, grounded, and refreshed. To prepare, wear comfortable layered clothing since body temperature can drop during deep relaxation. Mats, blankets, and bolsters are provided, and you are welcome to bring a pillow, an eye mask, or a favorite blanket to make your resting space extra cozy. Jenna is a sound healer and yogi who works with crystal singing bowls and her voice to create soundscapes that support stillness, surrender, and self-discovery.
