Sound Healing Chakra Alignment Walk-Ins

Walk-in sound healing sessions focus on chakra alignment using crystal singing bowls and tuning forks. Settle into a relaxed position as soothing vibrations surround you and invite deep calm. Once the body is at ease, tuning forks calibrated for each chakra are used to help clear stagnant energy and support a smooth, positive flow. Many participants notice benefits such as less stress, improved clarity and concentration, emotional release, reduced anxiety, a more balanced mood, better sleep, relief from inflammation-related discomfort, and an overall sense of well-being. Sessions are available on a walk-in basis for $20 per 15 minutes.

Energetic Facelift Walk-In Sessions

Enjoy a relaxing, noninvasive facial refresh that blends sound, crystals, and red light therapy. In these sessions, you recline while tuning forks are placed on facial pressure points, followed by a crystal grid arranged on the forehead. The experience concludes with the soothing tones of crystal bowls as you rest under red light. Safety glasses must be worn during the red light portion. This approach focuses on nitric oxide, which helps deliver oxygen and supports circulation. Using 128 Hz and 136.1 Hz tuning forks on the face is described as increasing nitric oxide, softening the look of lines and wrinkles, and toning facial muscles for a lifted appearance. Red light is used to stimulate cellular energy and support collagen production, helping smooth fine lines and wrinkles. It may also assist with acne and promote a more even skin tone. Each session lasts about 40 minutes and is $40. There are no needles, no toxins, and makeup can stay in place. Potential benefits include healthier-looking skin through improved circulation and nutrient flow, reduced tension in the jaw, forehead, and around the eyes, and support for blood flow and lymphatic drainage that may lessen puffiness and boost natural glow. Many find the sound component calming, which can support emotional well-being. In traditional practices, sound is also used to balance the body’s energy, and stimulating facial reflex points may help ease headaches, sinus concerns, or other discomforts.

Exhibit Opening: A Love Letter to Italy

ArtsinStark presents A Love Letter to Italy at the Cultural Center Gallery, an exhibition that reflects on Italian-American heritage by showing how memories can turn everyday objects into art. Artists and community members are invited to share personal materials such as letters, drawings, photographs, and family keepsakes, displayed alongside traditional artworks. Even small things like a doodle on a receipt, a treasured note, or a lipstick mark on a postcard are highlighted for the stories they carry. Curated by Elise Bagnoli, the exhibition focuses on close family ties, community connections, and the ways memories are passed down through generations. An opening reception offers a first look with light refreshments. Paired with the annual Italian American Festival, it contributes to a broader celebration of heritage through art, food, music, traditions, and storytelling. Please note that the Cultural Center Gallery shares space with theater and lobby areas, so it may occasionally be closed during other events or rentals.
