STEAM Club Workshops
Youth who enjoy building, creating, or experimenting can take part in a free six-week workshop series at the Reach Opportunity Center at Summit Lake. Designed for ages 9 to 14, each session features hands-on activities that bring ideas to life. The series runs on Mondays and Tuesdays across six weeks. RSVP is requested to reserve a place.
Reach Opportunity CenterSeeking Solutions in Recovery (All Addictions)
Seeking Solutions in Recovery is a solution-focused gathering for people addressing any addiction. Conversations use an ask it basket format and highlight a different topic each week while helping participants build social skills. Discussions draw on the eight dimensions of wellness, including caring for the body with movement, nutrition, and rest; managing emotions and stress with healthy coping; fostering strong, supportive relationships; expanding knowledge through ongoing learning; finding purpose and satisfaction in work; nurturing meaning and a sense of purpose; respecting and protecting the environment; and handling money responsibly to support stability. Giving attention to all eight areas encourages a holistic, balanced approach to health and happiness.
MTG Monday Night Commander Night
A relaxed MTG Commander gathering focused on casual games and open play. Participants bring their own decks and match up freely, creating an easygoing space to enjoy Commander without a formal structure.
Bon Voyage Book Discussion
Set sail on a conversation that explores new places through books without leaving home. Everyone is welcome to take part in this month’s discussion of My Antonia by Willa Cather, a story that brings Nebraska to life. If you need a copy, ask for one at the customer services desk.
