Vines 12th Annual Spring Farm to Table Dinner

A three course farm to table menu showcases dishes crafted by Lost Dog’s culinary team using ingredients from local farmers. The lineup highlights flavors from around the world, with gluten free and vegan choices offered. Desserts come from Sweetay’s and Parlor City Vegan, and live music by Rob Weinberger and Larry Lolli adds to the experience. A silent auction with more than 40 items features original art, local goods, and a range of experiences. Tickets are $85 and can be purchased on VINES’ website, and it reaches capacity each year. All proceeds benefit VINES’ programs.

TRIVIA WITH DJ TOBY VARNER

Irish Kevins hosts a trivia night led by DJ Toby Varner. The winner receives a $100 Irish Kevins gift certificate. A white elephant door prize swap is included, participants can bring an item to exchange, and a 50/50 is part of the evening. A $5 per person donation is suggested to play and is not required. Donations support vet bills for a 100 percent volunteer, donation based 501c3 rescue focused on community TNR. Players without a team can participate solo or connect with others to form one.

A weeklong pizza and sub fundraiser in Binghamton benefits the Choconut Center Fire Dept. Hook & Ladder Pizza teams up with Hometown Hero's, and each order helps the men and women who keep the community safe. The event takes place at the Choconut Center Vol. Fire Department and offers a straightforward way to contribute to the department's work in the community.

Soundbath

Settle into a restorative sound bath that weaves Reiki with the soothing tones of contemporary tools and traditional instruments, including crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, drums, gongs, rain sticks, and chimes. You can choose to sit or lie down, and bringing items that help you feel comfortable is encouraged. If you plan to lie down, a yoga mat, small pillow, and light blanket can be helpful, and a limited supply of mats and pillows will be available. Research in sound healing and cymatics points to benefits such as reduced stress and support for the endocrine system, along with improvements in sleep, brain health, and relief from pain. The session is guided by Sunshine, a seasoned Reiki Master, energy healing practitioner, and performing musician. No registration is required. Paint your Own Pottery Night At Beer Tree Factory!

Head to Beer Tree Factory for a relaxed pottery painting session featuring a ceramic Hipster Gnome measuring about 9 3/4 inches high, 4 3/4 inches long, and 4 inches wide. Pick from a range of glaze colors while an artist walks through techniques, then settle in and create alongside friends. Finished pieces will be kiln fired and available for pickup at Uncorked Creations Binghamton. Please allow up to three weeks for firing before pickup. Food and drinks from Beer Tree Factory can be purchased separately from the ticket. Tickets are nonrefundable. Spectrum Connections!

The Spectrum Connections group meets at Dick’s House of Sport, where participants can choose from activities that include the rock climbing wall, virtual golf, batting cages, and the playing field. This gathering is intended for adults diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder who are over 18, out of school, and living in the community either independently or with family. Registration is required, the event is free, and space is limited. 3 Days, 3 Nights

3 Days, 3 Nights is a musical theater production from United Classical Academy students, created in collaboration with UWC Playhouse and presented in the Sanctuary at United With Christ Church. Using music, storytelling, and theater, this Oz-inspired journey explores the often unspoken mystery of the three days and three nights after the crucifixion, depicting the quiet of the tomb, Jesus’ spirit with the Father, and the fulfillment of redemption. Drawing on the meaning of Sozo, understood here as salvation for body, spirit, and soul, the story invites reflection on the depth of what was accomplished. The production is described as encouraging, inspiring, and joy filled, and is intended for the whole family.

This format encourages creativity and imagination, strengthens bonds between caregivers and children, supports emotional grounding and body awareness, and offers a hands-on blend of movement and art in celebration of the natural world. The cost is $80 per adult, and space is limited to six.

Matt Carter and Photo City present a heavy music concert at The Bundy Museum of History & Art featuring Alborn and Devil’s Cut, with Tragic Intent, CowCalls, DramaScream, and Stone Dead also on the bill. Alborn brings a Midwest alternative metal sound that pairs crushing weight with big melodic hooks, having shared stages with Shinedown, Sevendust, All That Remains, and Powerman 5000. Their EP Impairative earned airplay on SiriusXM Octane, and the 2023 release Push on Sony and The Orchard featured a Billboard-charting title track. Recent songs, including Violent, reflect a sharpened approach as the band prepares new music and touring in 2026. Devil’s Cut, a five-piece from Louisville, blends metalcore grit with hook-forward songwriting. Formed in 2016 under the name Verses, they have performed with We Came As Romans, Attila, ERRA, Volumes, Nonpoint, and Nine Shrines, and worked with producer Andrew Baylis. Their single Landslide appeared on Spotify’s New Blood playlist, followed by a national tour with FLAW. Now performing as Devil’s Cut, they continue to refine a polished, high-impact sound suited to modern heavy audiences.

Michael Harrison

Old Union Hall hosts a stand-up showcase headlined by Michael Harrison, with Ryan Manzo featured and David Deyo as host. Advance tickets are $20, with admission at the door priced at $25. A cash bar is available, and take-out food will be provided by The Old Union Hotel. Michael Harrison is an award-winning comedian, actor, filmmaker, and podcaster who performs around the world in clubs, on cruise ships, at colleges, at corporate events, and in temples. His credits include a Dry Bar comedy special, a nationally syndicated half-hour special, and a comedy album that reached number one on iTunes, Spotify, and Amazon, with tracks in regular rotation on SiriusXM. He has appeared at major festivals including Montreal’s Just for Laughs, the Big Pine Comedy Festival in San Diego, and the New York Comedy Festival. On screen, he has been seen on The Bridge, A Good Cop, Queer as Folk, and Being Erica. He also creates satirical shorts such as Selfish History Channel, Basement Biden, Delusional Man at Work, and Where’s My White Privilege, earning recognition that includes the Gold Award for Best Actor in a Comedy from Best Actor Awards-NY and a finalist spot for Funniest Short at Just for Laughs. He produces and moderates the podcast Character Debates, which has received the Audience Award at Dark Comedy Filmfest, Best Comedic Podcast at Minnesota Webfest, and nominations from the World Wide Comedy Awards and All the Laughs Comedy Awards. Ryan Manzo began stand-up in 2023 and has quickly become a favorite in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Known for sharp wit and brisk one-liners, he has featured at Spacement Arts and headlined at The Keystone Stage. Host David Deyo is based in Binghamton, New York and first took the stage in 2022. His comedy leans into storytelling and self-deprecating material drawn from personal experiences. After performing with comics across the Northeast and at venues around the region, he co-founded the comedy company True Point.

One Vision - The Music of Queen

At Broome County Forum Theatre, a tribute to Queen spotlights the band’s biggest hits, with performances by Jeans 'n Classics and Southern Tier Singers' Collective. Volunteer Day

Make a tangible impact on access to sexual health resources through a hands-on, flexible volunteer day. Participants can help assemble care kits as supplies allow, distribute STI testing coasters to restaurants and bars in downtown Binghamton, and drop off resource materials at local nonprofits and community organizations. The day begins with a brief orientation, then small groups head out so everyone can choose the activity that feels most comfortable. Comfortable clothing and walking shoes are recommended. Driving for outreach is optional. All volunteers complete a confidentiality agreement and a time log upon arrival. 2026 Greater Binghamton Bridge Run

Recognized as the largest running event in Greater Binghamton, this Mirabito Stadium gathering features a USATF certified half marathon and a 5K, along with a two person half marathon relay, the Double Challenge for those completing both distances, and a free kids fun run. The course is scenic and largely flat with only 100 feet of elevation gain. Participants cross the Clinton, Court, Tompkins, and Washington bridges and pass beneath the Memorial bridge, taking in views of the Susquehanna and Chenango Rivers. The route also winds through Downtown and the West and South sides of Binghamton.

Parkhurst Invitational

The Parkhurst Invitational Track and Field Meet will feature races that will be timed with a Fully Automatic Timing (FAT) system. T-shirts and concessions will be available for purchase. Awards will be given to the top two girls teams and the top two boys teams, as well as individual awards for outstanding performances. There will also be awards for the top six places in each event.

Mother’s Day Tea

Mothers Day “Blooming Flower” Watercolor With Treats!

A Mother’s Day watercolor session at Uncorked Creations Binghamton features a pink flower project on pressed paper, with step by step instruction and all supplies provided. The setting offers time to mingle with friends, along with included treats and an iced coffee bar. Paint colors and design details can be customized on any project. Couples may turn it into a date night by creating a two canvas version when reserving two seats. The difficulty level is easy. Online registration is finalized once payment is made. Sales are final and refunds are not available. To receive a class credit for changes, transfers, or cancellations, the studio must be notified at least 48 hours in advance. If the studio cancels due to dangerous weather or low enrollment, participants may choose a ticket transfer, refund, or class credit, and updates will be sent by email and text based on Binghamton weather.

World Ballet Company: Swan Lake with a LIVE orchestra

World Ballet Company brings Swan Lake to Broome County Forum Theatre with a live orchestra. The classic story of enchantment and destiny unfolds in a struggle between good and evil, performed by a cast of 50 international dancers in more than 150 hand-sewn costumes with hand-crafted sets. Tchaikovsky’s score is played live, highlighting signature scenes including the Dance of the Little Swans and the Black Swan’s celebrated 32 fouettés. The performance runs about two and a half hours with a 20 minute intermission and is recommended for ages 5 and up. Based in Los Angeles and led by Sasha Gorskaya and Gulya Hartwick, World Ballet Company tours beloved ballets nationwide. The ensemble features renowned professional dancers representing over ten countries and has appeared in more than 300 cities for audiences totaling over 500,000.

History Hour-Lunch Edition

Phelps Mansion Museum presents a refreshed lunch program featuring museum educator Joe Schuerch, who will discuss historic houses he has visited and share some of their stories. Boxed lunches by Clines Catering are available with a choice of ham and cheese or turkey and cheese, plus pasta salad and dessert, along with coffee, tea, soda, or water. The lunch and program combination is $20, while attending the program only is $10. Boxed lunches should be reserved in advance, and online orders should include a sandwich selection.

Wilderness First Aid & Babysitting Class Bootcamp

Strengthen safety and caregiving skills with a comprehensive three-day boot camp that pairs Wilderness First Aid with Babysitting training in a blended learning format. Begin with online videos to prepare, then move into an in-person review and preparation session, continue with immersive outdoor wilderness training that will adjust for weather with a location to be determined, and conclude by completing wilderness skills alongside the babysitting course. Instruction covers wilderness first aid, babysitting essentials and safety, and Adult and Pediatric First Aid, plus CPR and AED. Crafting Wellness: Custom Affirmation Card Deck Creation

Hosted by Broome Creative ReUse, the gathering blends creativity, community, and a tasty spread featuring savory charcuterie and desserts. Backwards Bash Reverse the Clock Weekend

Everything runs in reverse at this playful weekend at Binghamton Jellystone Park. Favorite activities flip their usual order, from an extra early Hey, Hey, Hey Wagon Ride to Candy Bar Bingo at brunch instead of dinnertime. Throwback touches inspired by the 60s, 70s, and 80s pop up throughout. On Saturday, kids are encouraged to wear their clothes backwards. Instead of waking the Bears in the morning, the final Saturday activity tucks them in for the night. It is a lighthearted, switch it up experience for families.

Homebrewed Comedy brings a stand-up showcase to Irish Kevins in Johnson City. Paul Spratt headlines, with sets by Jeremy Pryal and Holly Griffin, and the night is hosted by Mike Peters. Tickets are $5 and can be purchased online or at the door. A Binghamton comedian, Mike Peters is known for self-deprecating, observational material. He founded Homebrewed Comedy, regularly hosts at the Syracuse Funny Bone and Wise Crackers in Wilkes-Barre, won the Utica Brews Laugh Contest and the Uptown Roast Battle, and has opened for Super Troopers’ Erik Stolhanske and for Gilbert Gottfried. He also produces shows across New York and hosts the weekly podcasts On the Mic with Mike Peters and It’s About Time: A Sopranos Watch Podcast. Holly Griffin, also from Binghamton, shares stories drawn from everyday life, surprise misadventures, Tinder dates, and awkward social encounters, turning calamities into laughs. Jeremy Pryal began performing stand-up in Scranton at 17, spent time working the Philadelphia scene, then returned to Scranton. He appears throughout the Northeast with a dark, thoughtful style. New York City’s Paul Spratt performs widely in clubs around the tri-state area and has placed well in comedy competitions and festivals. He got his start in Scranton, released his debut album, F\*\*k Yeah! Paul’s Here, in 2017, and has been featured on Comcast and Sirius XM.

Feast for the Beasts at Ross Park Zoo is an annual fundraiser focused on animal care and nutrition, with a goal of raising $50,000 to cover the zoo’s yearly food needs. One example of the impact is the cost of bamboo for four red pandas, which exceeds $200 each week. Proceeds also advance conservation efforts, including work with critically endangered American red wolves and participation as an AZA Species Survival Plan Sustainability Partner for species such as the African penguin. Attendees can enjoy a progressive dinner while exploring the zoo, with tastings from more than ten local restaurants, caterers, and bakeries. Drinks are available for purchase at cash bars located throughout the grounds. After the main portion, the celebration continues with live entertainment, another cash bar, and a selection of raffle baskets. History Forge Session

Explore how HistoryForge preserves local stories through a community-built digital map hosted by Binghamton University. Volunteers transcribe historical census records on the project website, and those entries are placed onto an interactive map for easy exploration. The work began with the 1910 census and has already surpassed 10,000 transcribed records. Current efforts focus on Binghamton’s Third Ward, with plans to expand to Johnson City, Endicott, and other Broome County communities. These free transcription sessions offer a welcoming setting to meet fellow history enthusiasts, with food and drinks provided. No prior experience is required. TALONS CALLED UP TO THE SHOW! Civic Takeover of Mirabito Stadium

WP Civic Talons players will step onto the field at Mirabito Stadium, the home ballpark of the Binghamton Rumble Ponies, for a special doubleheader that places them in a big league environment. Athletes will take the diamond in a professional setting, hear their names announced over the public address system, and compete on a stage typically reserved for pros. The day features a 14U matchup followed by a 16U game, with details for the older division noted as tentative. Plans call for a full ballpark experience with a lively, carnival style atmosphere so the broader Civic community can share in the occasion, including players who are not participating in the games. A 50 50 raffle will run to help cover expenses such as the venue rental, staffing, scoreboard and public address operations, and umpires. The event brings the community together to support the Talons as the players create memories they will carry with them for years.

Valley Harmony, an all-male a cappella quartet founded in 2007, brings its Sweet 16 concert to UPC Endicott. Color the Park Week fills Binghamton Jellystone Park with bright, hands-on fun. The schedule features a Color Fun Run, a Bright & Colorful Hey, Hey, Hey Wagon Ride, head-to-head Color Wars, and a variety of colorful games and challenges throughout the week. Participants can splash it up in the Color Splash Water Balloon Battle and turn the paths into giant works of art during the Chalk the Sidewalk Art Festival. The celebration concludes Saturday night with a Glow in the Dark Dance Party and a Glow in the Dark Hey, Hey, Hey Wagon Ride.

Bike Night

Burly’s Backyard Bike Bash turns bike night into a full-on backyard party at the smokehouse. Riders and friends can show off their bikes and enjoy an outdoor setting with a fire and live music on the patio. The fun includes cornhole and other yard games, prizes for the best bike, and an arm wrestling contest where winners receive a gift card and those who lose get a pie to the face. Pride Month Fireworks

Families and friends gather in Downtown Binghamton along the Chenango River on the Martin Luther King Promenade for a fireworks display that brings Pride celebrations to a vibrant close. The show is presented with support from Visions Federal Credit Union and the City of Binghamton. Fireworks are set off along the same riverfront area that previously hosted Pride Palooza. After the final burst, the evening continues at Lost Dog Cafe with its annual After Pride Party.

Summer Carnival: A Kids Colonial Faire

The Discovery Center of the Southern Tier and the Story Garden transform into a colonial era setting with hands-on games, friendly contests, lively entertainment, and surprises. Guests can explore what daily life and play were like during the American Revolution, then visit Ye Olde Cornerstone Café, sponsored by WEIS Markets, or enjoy a classic summer treat with vanilla ice cream. Kit’s Interactive Theater presents two participatory shows, The Colonial Faire and The American Revolution. Blending history, dance, music, imagination, and improvisation with humor, these performances invite children and adults to become part of the story. In The Colonial Faire, servant Katie Cottswold seeks help with chores before everyone heads off to fairtime fun that culminates in a lively Maypole dance. The American Revolution features Abigail Datchery and Sam Adams as they recount pivotal moments on the road to independence, including the Boston Massacre, the Boston Tea Party, and an aristocratic dance. Colonial costumes are welcome for anyone who wishes to dress the part. All activities are included with admission, and concessions are available for purchase.

Camp Game On! Gameshow Mania Week (Father's Day 6-21)

A week of game show themed fun unfolds at Binghamton Jellystone Park, centered around Father’s Day. The festivities begin with a welcome gift for dads at check-in, then shift into friendly rivalry with a dads-only horseshoe tournament. Families can team up for spirited challenges inspired by fan favorites like The Beary Amazing Race, Bear Factor, and Bear Feud. Kids can stop by craft time with Cindy Bear to create a special keepsake for Dad. It is a playful stretch of competitions, laughter, and shared moments to remember all summer.

The Binghamton Pride Coalition teams up with the Rumbleponies for a fun night at the ballpark. Binghamton, NY - Spinning Babies® Foundational Workshop w/ Kelly - June 19, 2026

At Guthrie Lourdes Hospital - General Surgery in Binghamton, this Spinning Babies Foundational Workshop with trainer Kelly Dungan focuses on a physiologic approach to birth preparation that centers on fetal rotation and the relationships within birth anatomy. Participants learn a complete system that uses baby’s position to guide solutions, with techniques aimed at enhancing comfort in pregnancy, easing childbirth, and changing the effective dimensions of the pelvis through the body’s own capacity. The workshop explores the Three Principles, the Three Balances, and Pelvic Levels Solutions, and offers practical ways to address long or difficult labors, malposition, and labor dystocia with gentler methods and less force. Designed for professionals who support pregnancy and birth, it welcomes midwives, nurses, nurse practitioners, doulas, childbirth educators, obstetricians, family medicine doctors, prenatal yoga instructors, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, perinatal case managers, and community health workers. It suits those new to Spinning Babies as well as experienced practitioners. Completing this course is the prerequisite for the Spinning Babies Integration Workshop and advanced offerings, and the Integration Workshop opens the door to online modules and assessments that can lead to becoming a Spinning Babies Certified Birth Professional. Continuing education is available. Spinning Babies is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation for Nursing Continuing Professional Development. The American Academy of Family Physicians awards 7.0 elective CME contact hours for the one day workshop, and many doula and childbirth education organizations accept these hours according to their policies. Please bring a sheet, a pillow, and a yoga mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing. The host is Kelly Dungan, a registered nurse, community midwife, and perinatal clinical nurse educator. Path Through History Weekend

At Phelps Mansion Museum, Broome County History Day highlights the area’s rich past as part of New York State’s Path Through History Weekend. Local historians and guest speakers offer a full slate of presentations, and the speaker series is free to attend. Topics span Binghamton’s eccentric genius of the violin, the history of Broome County needlework, the archival journey of the Wallenberg legacy from magnetic tape to digital bits, the history of cigars in Broome County, Binghamton Boys and more, and the adventures of Tri-Cities Opera in the Valley of Operatunity. Presenters include Theresa Lee, Jennifer Lorang, Paul Cienniwa, Roger Luther, Joe Card, John Rozzoni, Joe Schuerch with details to be announced, and Amanda Eggleton on The Lady Jane Grey School. Father's Day Weekend Clambake

Mom's House presents its first Father's Day clambake at Mountain Top Clambakes, offering kid-friendly activities and an all you can eat spread. The menu features raw and steamed littleneck clams, charcoal-grilled ribeye steak sandwiches, smoked pork, chicken breasts marinated with lemon and garlic, and hot and sweet sausages with peppers and onions. The grill will also turn out hot dogs and hamburgers alongside a build-your-own burger bar. Sides include pasta salad, Santa Fe quinoa salad, coleslaw, watermelon, salt potatoes, and sweet corn, with soft serve ice cream for dessert.

Presented as part of the 19th annual DICK’S Open, this United Health Services expo features PGA TOUR Champions Hall of Famer Ernie Els. Admission is free with advance registration. Before Els takes the stage, the public can explore a free, interactive walk-through exposition in the large white tent above the 18th green that offers demonstrations, health information, and on-site services. An interview and audience Q&A with SiriusXM’s Dave Marr will follow Pro-Am play with Els as the featured guest. Expo highlights include blood pressure screenings, exercise challenges with clinical experts in sports medicine, orthopedics and physical rehabilitation, healthy parfait samples with recipes, giveaways and drawings, and skin cancer screenings that require advance registration. STEAM Summer Camps at Roberson Museum (Weekly Camps for grades 2–5)

Week-long STEAM camps at Roberson Museum offer a lively mix of art, science, technology, and more for children entering grades 2 through 5.
