Across more than two decades of recordings, Hiromi has earned a reputation for high energy live performances and international milestones that include a widely viewed NPR Tiny Desk set, a performance representing Japan at the Tokyo Summer Olympics, a 2024 Best Music Score honor from the Award of the Japanese Academy for Blue Giant, and a GRAMMY win for a collaboration with Stanley Clarke.
