Instruction is led by Bryanne (Brye) Shepard, who brings more than 20 years of experience in mindfulness practices, including yoga and Full Moon Walks. The hike moves at an easy pace, though sections can be uneven, so sturdy footwear and long pants are recommended. Friendly goats accompany the group, wandering beside participants and stopping to nibble leaves along the way. After the walk, spend about 30 minutes at the sanctuary to meet more members of the herd, take photos, and browse the Wild Goat Trading Post for handmade items and goat-inspired gifts. The experience lasts about an hour and fifteen minutes in total, blending nature, local history, and time with animals, and it supports the care of rescue goats and the preservation of local farm heritage. Aviator Brewing CoMonthly Hobby & Crafting Club
A monthly club for women who want dedicated time to dive into their own projects, whether that is scrapbooking, adult coloring, Happy Planner layouts, knitting, crocheting, or other hobbies. Membership is month to month and serves as the reservation for an individual creative or gaming space. Capacity is limited to 22 participants, with spots confirmed in the order payment is received. The fee is $33, which is nonrefundable but can be transferred to another person who takes the reserved spot. Each gathering provides three hours focused on crafting, hobbies, or gaming, includes lunch with complimentary water, and covers the shared venue cost. Alcohol, soda, tea, and desserts are available at an additional personal expense. Members also receive access to a private Facebook group to stay connected between monthly meetups.

Each reserved slot features a fifteen minute photo session for one pup on the Perch Teal backdrop, with props and treats available. Participants receive two of the best digital files from their session, and $5 from each booking is donated to Friends Of Wake County Animal Center.
52nd Annual Crepe Myrtle Celebration
Now in its 52nd year, the Crepe Myrtle Celebration is the ACOC’s largest yearly gathering, bringing thousands to downtown Angier. The weekend begins with a concert on Friday night, then continues with a full Saturday of activity featuring a bustling marketplace with 190 vendor spaces already sold, food along with beer and wine, entertainment, games and inflatables for kids, shopping, and fun for all ages. Vendor space is currently sold out, with a limited number of booths reserved only for Corporate and Platinum sponsors, and Gold and Silver sponsorships do not include a complimentary vendor booth. Sponsorship offers businesses a chance to expand visibility, connect with the community, reach thousands of attendees, and support a long-standing local tradition.
End of Summer Bash w/ 2 Live Bands
Celebrate the close of summer at an annual bash featuring two live bands, festive drinks, dancing, and plenty of camaraderie. For the People and Fleming Road take the stage to keep the music going, while cocktail specials are offered all day and the dance floor stays busy. Winners of the Pew Pew Contest will be announced and broadcast live on Facebook. A dunk tank adds extra laughs and supports a charitable cause, so bring a few dollars to splash your favorite people. A sacred cacao ceremony welcomes a visiting Peruvian shaman to guide an experience rooted in indigenous traditions passed down through generations. The cacao has been tended in ceremony for more than six months specifically for this gathering. Each participant receives a warm ceremonial cup and guidance on how to drink and work with this powerful plant, within a carefully held space intended to support emotional, energetic, and cellular transformation. Participants may experience renewal, peace, grounding, and a heart-opening sense of connection, with opportunities to release what no longer serves and to cultivate clarity and inner harmony. This offering occurs only once a year during the shaman’s visit. The cost is $50, secured by a nonrefundable and nontransferable $25 deposit. If a deposit is made through the listed methods, the remaining $25 is due in cash upon arrival. Space is limited, reservations are required, and the environment is designed to be respectful, sacred, and intentional for all attendees.
