An evening of country, Southern rock, and blues features Lucie Tiger performing with her full band alongside Oxford, Mississippi guitarist and singer songwriter Davis Coen. Lucie Tiger divides her time between Muscle Shoals and Nashville and has built momentum with multiple charting singles and albums in Australia. In 2025 she was named Country Vocalist of the Year at the 11th Annual Josie Music Awards at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, and her single Harvest Moon became her eighth entry on the MusicRow Country Breakout Chart, a first for an independent Australian artist. Nearly all of her charting songs are self written, with standouts including Found My Home (#50) and Everybody Knows Your Name (#53). Her work earned a positive first review from noted critic Robert K. Oermann, and she was the only country artist recognized with an Australian APRA AMCOS Women In Music award that same year. A prolific writer with multiple top 5 songwriting accolades, she has played songwriter rounds throughout Muscle Shoals and Nashville and beyond, opened at Whiskey Jam for Tyler Farr, and helped kick off the W.C. Handy Festival on opening night for two consecutive years. She also appeared in Music Connection Magazine’s Top 25 New Music Critiques in 2024, and her sound blends 1970s Southern rock influences like Lynyrd Skynyrd and the Allman Brothers with modern country grit and blues. Davis Coen brings more than two decades on the road and eleven album releases, with regular airplay on SiriusXM and features on House of Blues Radio Hour as well as NPR’s Morning Edition and World Cafe. His music has been included in the PBS special The Blues and in a documentary about Mississippi blues matriarch Jesse Mae Hemphill. Performing since his teens, he has worked the bar, club, and blues festival circuit and appeared at events such as the King Biscuit Blues Festival in Helena, Juke Joint Fest in Clarksdale, and the Bellinzona Blues Festival in Switzerland. He has shared bills with blues greats like James Cotton, Koko Taylor, Big Jack Johnson, T Model Ford, and Honeyboy Edwards, and has opened sold out shows for Leon Russell, Richie Havens, Mountain, and Eric Burdon of the Animals. His songs have also been featured on television and in films, including Lizard Lick Towing, the Apple TV series Home, and the independent features Fresh Cut Grass, Mental Scars, and Two Headed Woman.
