Healing Movements: Weekly Yoga Class
Enjoy a weekly yoga session at the Red Cedar Friends Building in Old Town led by instructor Julie Dillon. Julie guides a sequence of gentle, restorative movements that encourage healing and deep relaxation so you can finish feeling refreshed and centered. All experience levels are welcome, from first-timers to longtime practitioners. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. A suggested donation of $10 is appreciated, with pay-what-you-can options available. For questions, contact Julie Dillon at juliedillon2000@gmail.com.
