The theme, Moving Across Generations, emphasizes well-being and connection across all ages. Guests can take part in health screenings and wellness services, explore community resource booths, learn through health education, and join fitness demonstrations and activities. The experience includes family-friendly offerings, giveaways and door prizes, and opportunities to connect with local organizations and healthcare providers working to expand access and improve outcomes. Special guest DaShaun Johnson, The Guru of Abs, will lead an intergenerational fitness session designed to get people of all ages moving together. The expo has brought together hundreds each year by uniting healthcare providers, nonprofits, businesses, and community partners committed to healthier communities.
