This welcoming YogaFaith class for women focuses on flexibility, strength, balance, and stamina through a blend of flowing sequences and steady holds. It is suitable for beginners through intermediate participants and takes place in a supportive, judgment-free setting at Community of Faith Church. Bring a yoga mat and water. Blocks and straps are optional, and a small number are available to borrow on a first-come basis. Wear comfortable clothing for movement, and plan to practice barefoot. A cash donation of $8 per class supports the program, and minor girls may attend at no cost with their mom or a guardian. A participant form for 2026 is required. The group meets on Mondays and Thursdays, and the practice is shaped by the belief that we are created in God’s image and that intentional movement centered on His Word can be transformative.
