Scorched Earth Brewing CoHealing Hopes Sound Bath with Lori Lea
This monthly sound bath with facilitator Lori Lea centers on the healing power of love and the soothing potential of sound, offering a space to unwind and reconnect within. Participants often leave feeling refreshed and at ease, and each person receives a small self-care gift focused on healing. The session costs $35. A sound bath is a whole-body meditation that invites a deeper state of awareness, giving you a chance to unplug and turn inward. Crystal singing bowls and gongs produce resonant frequencies that can encourage relaxation, ease stress, support the release of tension and toxins, soothe physical discomfort, and promote clearer thinking and a steadier sense of peace. Bring something comfortable to sit or lie on, such as a yoga mat, pillow, or blanket. Plan to arrive 10 to 15 minutes early to choose your spot and settle in. After more than two decades in the corporate world, Lori began her own healing journey. Inspired by stories she heard at a 2019 Holistic Healing Expo, she pursued training and earned certifications as an Energy Healing Practitioner and Sound Practitioner. She now shares sound baths to reach a broad audience, lift spirits, reduce stress, and help restore balance, guided by a passion for the calm and transformation that sound can offer.
