This beginner-friendly class from Spirit Flow Studio focuses on cultivating a calm, clear mind as a foundation for intuition, emotional well-being, and spiritual connection. The session includes short guided meditations, exercises to strengthen focus and awareness, techniques to quiet mental noise, gentle education on how meditation relates to the nervous system, and everyday tools to support a steadier mind.
