Boise Kid Co.Alive After 5 June 17th
Alive After 5, presented by D.L Evans Bank, brings a free, all-ages outdoor concert to The Grove Plaza with a blend of touring acts and local favorites. This show features Clay Street Unit as the headliner with Cactus Moon opening. Bar tips support the weekly community partner, Boise Rock School, with 100 percent of those tips directed to their programs. On-site play stations from DT Plays offer free games for kids and adults, and partner booths add extra fun with activities, giveaways, and merchandise. A selection of cold beverages will be available, including non-alcoholic choices. Alcoholic drinks require a wristband, so bring a valid ID. A water fountain behind the bar makes it easy to refill reusable bottles, and the splash pad will be running to help everyone stay cool. The plaza is surrounded by plenty of places to eat, and outside food is welcome. Picnic tables are available. Please leave glass and outside alcohol at home. Share photos with @DowntownBoise and #AliveAfter5Boise. If weather turns unsafe, the concert may move indoors or be canceled, so check Downtown Boise social channels for updates. Accessible restrooms are provided, most seating can be rearranged, and staff at the yellow information tent are available to help with accessibility needs. Accessible parking is available throughout downtown and in nearby public garages. There is no dedicated parking at The Grove Plaza, so consider walking or biking. The plaza is next to VRT’s Main Street Station for bus riders and close to ParkBOI garages. Pavement can get very hot, so pets are best left at home. Smoking of any kind is not permitted in The Grove Plaza.
